Mistfall Hunter Guide — Everything a New Hunter Needs
Mistfall Hunter is a third-person PvPvE extraction ARPG from Bellring Games: you drop into the mist solo or in a trio, fight monsters and other hunters for loot, and lose everything you carry if you die before extracting. Pick one of six classes, learn one weapon stance, run low-risk routes, and bank early loot at camp before chasing bigger fights. Every guide below is dated and source-verified for Season 1.

Mistfall Hunter is officially described as a third-person PvPvE extraction action RPG. You enter a map, fight PvE monsters and (optionally) other players, gather loot, and must reach an extraction point — the Returner Woodling — to keep what you found. If you die, you lose the loot you were carrying. [1]
You can queue solo or as a team of up to three, and each of the six classes brings two weapon stances, talents, active skills and gem affixes you can swap between fights. [1] The June 2026 open beta used the same loop, but balance numbers from that era are outdated — all guides on this site are anchored to the launch version and its patches. [2]
The safe beginner rhythm: gear up cheap, run a route you can extract from quickly, sell or store loot at camp, and only take fights you can afford to lose.
